A revenue pipeline of Rs400 billion has been created through local and foreign investment, demonstrating the project’s financial viability.
The project also includes the planned construction of three barrages for lake formation, ensuring sustainable development and innovation. By creating new recreational opportunities along the Ravi river, RUDA is not only improving the quality of life for current residents but also attracting new residents and visitors to the area.

What is RUDA?
The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) is a government entity established in July 2020 by a statement of the Act of Parliament signed by Pakistan’s Honorable Prime Minister, Mr. Muhammad Imran Khan. RUDA will oversee the creation of Pakistan’s first “planned” sustainable city over a 46-kilometer section of the Ravi River.
What is Chahar Bagh?
This is the first project of RUDA. It’s a gated community founded and constructed by developers that lie on the ring road in Harbanspura, Lahore.
When society is going to give possession?
The developers are committing to give possession within 2 years.
What is balloting and How will it be done?
Balloting is a process where individuals can increase their chances of receiving plots by submitting multiple forms. However, for the balloted land to be included in this system, there must always be an accompanying fee that varies depending on the plot size requested- all with one goal: To provide affordable housing near public transportation while also fostering more sustainable living habits.
How can one be a part of balloting?
We have called the balloting system, and it will be transparent. You can fill out the form on the website and pay the application fee in the bank.
If you are allocated a plot successfully then you have to submit a 10% downpayment of the total amount of the plot discussed in the payment plan above.
